What We Do

Founded in 2002 to help statewide non-profits deliver low-income program services to their communities, ACCES provides educational and peer-to-peer opportunities to help our network deliver on existing contracts.

Our Mission

ACCES’ mission is to ensure program equity to low-income families throughout the state while assisting the network of providers in the delivery of these vital services.

Currently, ACCES has a membership of 30+ non-profit energy service providers. We assist these and other non-profits and provider entities to add to their list of measures by administering programs to further the energy and dollar savings to the low-income families. We have programs with the State Department of Community Services and Development, The Department of Water Resources and Energy Outwest. We also provide comments to low-income proceedings through the CPUC, CEC, ARB and other state agencies.

ACCES is supported by their committed Board of Directors who are the non-profit leaders in the field of energy efficiency and who provide direct services to their low-income communities. We are committed to this mission of energy equity through the dedicated network of service providers. We remain a conduit between state and federal programs, the network of providers and the low-income communities through strong collaborations and partnerships.
